Thank you for a great 2 night stay! The welcome we received was helpful and friendly and the room was so spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a bonus to be able to walk a few metres to the restaurant for a delicious meal. Wished we could have stayed longer!!!

My partner and myself stayed for 1 night with you and have to say on our 12 day trip and the many motels and hotels we stayed at your hotel was by far the best.  We enjoyed our room which was spacious and warm and we had a great nights sleep and also free internet in our room as well.

We went next door to the bar and restaurant, we played some pool and had a few drinks and then had our dinner there, very very lovely garlic prawns I must say and my partner had a great burger.

We both enjoyed our stay with you and are hoping to come stay again soon.  thank you for a great stay.

We were impressed with the well presented, modern rooms, and the great customer service of the staff, including fresh towels for use at the hot pools. My partner and I had a fantastic time, we love the way you always go out of your way to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. A nice touch by taking us to our rooms and showing us in, not a lot of places do this anymore. We also really appreciate you locking our bikes up for us while we are not using them. So much easier than locking them up on the back of the car all the time.

I also just love the HUGE spa baths that you have, great for soaking away the aches and pains after a whole day out on the tracks and your only a small walk away from the hot pools. So nice to not have to take the car everywhere when we come to Hanmer, a huge bonus.

Thanks again for another great stay, we will be back again".

"Congratulations on a lovely motel! I recently stayed at Hot Springs Motor Lodge with my boyfriend. The room was very spacious and immaculate. The facilities were also excellent and we would highly recommend it.  We would definitely stay there again if we ever get the chance to come back to Hamner Springs."
